Kevin is the managing partner of Finck & Miller LLP. He received his JD from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and was admitted to the bar in 1980. He was a partner in Ord and Norman, San Francisco from 1985 to 1988, prior to founding the Law Office of Kevin W. Finck in January, 1989. He is the author of California Corporation Start-Up Package and Minute Book, which is currently in its 10th revised edition; "Limiting the Personal Liability of Directors of Foreign Owned US Corporations: A General Overview," Vol. 14, International Legal Practitioner No. 3, (1989); "Representation of Foreign Investors in the United States: A Brief Overview," Vol. 7, San Francisco Barrister Law Journal No. 3, (1988). Mr. Finck is a member of the California Bar Association, International Bar Association, American Bar Association, and San Francisco Bar Association. Mr. Finck has received the highest "AV" rating from Martindale Hubbell and is listed in Who's Who of American Law, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in the World. He has also lectured for the International Bar Association and the Learning Annex.

Kathy is a partner of Finck & Miller LLP. She started her practice in a boutique tax controversy firm in San Francisco and later practiced at Janin, Morgan & Brenner focusing on civil and criminal tax matters, litigation, business transactions and commercial leasing. In 1994, she became General Counsel for The Men's Wearhouse, Inc., continuing in that position until 2003. Her practice areas include providing general counsel to small and midsized businesses, real estate transactions, commercial leases and trademark matters.
